How do we assess the condition of an item?

Here is our description of the different condition assessments:

10/10 = No signs of use and includes all accessories such as original box and dustbag.

9/10 = Very good condition, used a few times but in excellent shape with no damage or defects.

8.5/10 = Good condition overall, minor signs of use such as washing, but nothing that affects the user experience.

8/10 = Good condition, some visible signs of wear such as light wrinkles and wear on sleeves, mainly inside, but very usable.

7/10 = Significant wear, decent condition but still usable. May have one or more defects; see pictures for details.
